Emperor Venatorus

Finally! I'm done! The Emperor Venatorus (Venatorus inperator) has got a highly detailed pencil drawing concept! This is only a part of an upcoming speculative biology project which has just started to been design. This will be a blog. I cant tell a lot about the project and the creature itself YET, only some informations. 
Its an enormous air-borne creature that use its helium gas-sacs on the wings and bioluminescent spotted opening fins (which has not opened on this drawing but there are some old sketches in the gallery and there will be a drawing of head with its opened gas-fins and jaws) to be able to fly. It lives on a higher gravity planet, A.K.A on a Super-Earth. The larger wings showes us an enormous 400 meters wingspan at males! The females are relatively smaller as we seen at Sperm Whales.

The higher gravity planets have so much thicker atmosphere, perfectly for the gigantic airborne creatures. I can't tell you more details, but hey, if I'll done with the design of creatures, their story and biology, and the features of planet, you're gonna be get all informations! It going to be a mixture of Snaiad's realistic scheme and Darwin IV's monumental scheme. 

Oh, and this will be a Hungarian blog because in Hungary the speculative biology is a very rare genre.
